My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious enough to fit a wheelchair and very comfortable. However, I encountered some issues like a loose toilet seat and difficulties with the TV. The pool was cold and the Jacuzzi too hot, which was not what I expected for the price I paid. Overall, I left feeling quite disappointed with my experience.
